in the "activation key" space
complete the installation

- start SIMCA
DO NO ACTIVATE OVER INTERNET

but instead follow these instructions:
"To activate the installation, Start SIMCA 13.0.3, go to help (up in the
right corner, click on Activate SIMCA, Other options, "clicking here" link
in the dialog and send registration. email button. Send the automatically
generated email to us and you'll receive a license file in return. Note
that this license is not able to be activated over internet."
