The practical class aims to provide system ecological knowledge about key organisms and their activities in the densely rooted soil environment - the rhizosphere. During this class, biochemichemical and soil zoological techniques of soil ecology (metabolic profiling, bioactivity monitoring) as well as their statistical evaluation are tought and practically explored.
